Something about this scene made me want to click it the minute I saw it.
It's just a tyre tied to an electricity pole. It makes a nice composition though.
Something like an abstract perhaps, because before you pan it, it makes you think, draw some associations and then probably eventually you curse it anyway :)

I've seen people use a tyre as a support to climb poles.(People push their body into the tyre(hole) and they slowly slide the rope on the pole with their hands and rest their legs on the pole at the same time.(No kidding! Guess it serves the same purpose:))
